About the Role
You define and implement processes, solutions and data models on the ServiceNow platform. The definition and implementation of interfaces to customer-specific third-party systems is part of your core competence. Your daily work is rounded off with consulting various customers regarding ServiceNow functionalities and potentials.
Requirements
You have first professional experience in the configuring, developing and operating ServiceNow
Ideally you already have some ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS, etc.)
You are proficient in scripting (ideally JavaScript or PowerShell)
Experience with interfaces such as REST & SOAP is an advantage
You have a good understanding of efficient IT/business processes
You have good English and/or German language skills
